Meetings are held at the Unified Greeley County Courthouse on the 2nd Monday of each month at 10 a.m. MT and the 4th Monday at 1 p.m. MT. All meetings are open to the public. Contact the Clerk’s office at (620) 376-4256 for agenda information.
Property tax payments are due in two installments — first half by December 20, second half by May 10. Contact the Treasurer’s office at (620) 376-4413 for current amounts and payment options.
Annual property valuation notices are mailed each spring. Property owners who wish to appeal their valuation may do so within 30 days of receipt. Contact the Appraiser’s office at (620) 376-4057 for more information.
