About the Department

The Facility & Property Management department is responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and management of all Unified Greeley County-owned buildings, facilities, and properties throughout the county.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of the Unified Greeley County Courthouse
  • Upkeep of county-owned buildings and structures
  • Property management and oversight
  • Coordination of facility repairs and improvements
